We only accept returns if the product meets the following criteria:

  2. Non-Arrival of Items: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the matter.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for items that are simply unwanted or due to a change of mind.
  • Size or Fit Issues: Please ensure you refer to our sizing guide before making a purchase, as we do not accept returns for size or fit issues.

Return Process

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
